When you begin your transformational program with Stephanie, you will have an opportunity to learn what Hypnotherapy is and how it can benefit you, as well as other techniques and skills for managing emotions. We find the best solutions for you to help you achieve a life worth living. Combining the introspection and sharing of counseling, along with the options of hypnotherapy, breathwork, and yoga, clients have an opportunity to get to the root of their issues quickly and effectively to achieve work life balance.

I suggest a comfortable setting and time when you will feel most relaxed. We start with a free 45 minute strategy call where we will make a plan together.

Relationship burnout can cause loss of trust, fear of abandonment, resentment, guilt, and general depression. Your relationships can also become toxic or abusive due to this.

Health burnout occurs when taking care of your wellbeing causes stress and anxiety. Keeping up with appointments, medication, surgeries, etc can cause patients to become exhausted.

A recent report found that career burnout is on the rise: 52% of all workers are experiencing it! If you are dreading your weekend ending, feel under appreciated, and overworked at your job, you're likely suffering from work related burnout.

Caregiver and Parental Burnout, can apply to taking care of elderly parents, dependent adults, children, etc. This often intertwines with other types of burnout: nurses would experience this as apart of career burnout.
